How Balanos Works

Begin with our fully digital onboarding process. You'll complete identity verification (KYC) through our secure Sumsub integration, including document upload and biometric checks. Then complete a suitability assessment to ensure our strategies align with your investment profile and risk tolerance. The entire process takes approximately 10-15 minutes. No physical paperwork. No branch visits. No faxes. Just a modern, secure verification process from any device. Once verified, you'll gain full access to the Balanos platform.

With onboarding complete, you subscribe to fund shares. Your capital enters the Luxembourg RAIF, and you receive your own unique series of tokenized shares. The minimum subscription is €100,000. There is no maximum. Your shares are recorded on a blockchain-based registry using the ERC-3643 standard — the institutional security token protocol. This provides an immutable record of ownership, complete audit trail, and the foundation for potential future transferability. You'll receive confirmation of your share subscription and can immediately proceed to strategy allocation.
